Frequently Asked Questions

Enrollees must finish all course modules and pass the final exam within 90 days of purchasing the program. Enrollees of our other Position-Specific Certifications have typically finished their programs in less time.

Yes, included in your purchase of SLC, there is in an open-book final exam you must take online and pass in order to receive your certification.

Upon purchase of SLC, you will be mailed a printed workbook / study guide that you will follow along with throughout the modules (and can use as a reference while taking the final exam). You will also have access to an online toolbox and the ability to contact one of our certification consultants should you have any questions or concerns throughout the program.

Starting January each year, you must complete one of the following by November 30th, along with the $99 yearly fee.

  • Attend Dealer Week (Attendance in 2025 will count for credit in 2026 and so on).
  • Complete 4 Hours of online education thru our LMS – Any topics or courses that pertain to their position.
    • This can also include any courses Certified Dealers may take that correlate to their position as well.
  • Complete another position specific certification program.
  • Outside, alternate education that pertains to position that is equal or greater than 4 hours of content.
