If you’re involved with managing any aspect of a service department, you’re in the right place to improve your service management skills and results.

While we don’t mandate a certain number of years under your belt to participate, we do recommend at least two years of experience in a marine service management role to get the most from the program.

Start off with 90 days of access to your 11 courses and downloadable workbook. Each course features individual modules, some as short as 10-15 minutes.

Study Guide

Receive your own printed study guide. You can tap into this guide throughout your training to help prepare you for the exam. Afterward, use it as a life-long reference tool.

Certification Exam

Take a proctored certification exam. Achieve your Service Management Certification and gain the confidence for yourself and from your team that you are able to successfully guide your department.
