Each week you’ll meet with our consultant for approximately 90 minutes – same time, same day via Zoom. Outside of that, estimated homework time can be between 1-3 hours weekly.

We encourage this to be a team effort – each week highlights a different part of your business – look ahead to see who may be the best fit to attend.

Yes! Part of the success and overall benefit of Dealership Certification is peer sharing! You will be in a cohort of 3-4 other dealer groups during your initial Certification.

Even better! We love that you already have those best practices in your dealership! Our consultant will review materials or processes and help refine for greater success.

You can view other Certified Dealerships in your area through the Discover Boating Dealer Finder. Certified Dealerships receive preferential listing on the finder.

We send out an anonymous survey to all your staff. Upon completion, you will receive a report showing all the insights and results. Also, we will provide a plan to take immediate action on all your challenges and opportunities. After receiving report, you will need to conduct a meeting with your team to review results.

Certified Dealers gain access to exclusive advertising opportunities, such as banner ads on Boat Trader, and are recognized at Discover Boating boat shows. They receive a premier listing on Discover Boating’s Dealer Finder and are eligible for the Great Dealerships to Work For awards. Certification also includes access to a Certification Consultant, exclusive educational resources, and discounts on programs like GoRollick Marketplace.
