Who qualifies for Retail Membership?
Retail Membership is designed for boat dealerships and marine retailers in North America and beyond who are looking to grow their business, strengthen their team, and tap into best practices. If your business sells boats, operates a marina, offers marine services, or supports boaters directly, you’re a great fit for MRAA Retail Membership.
Do I have to buy a membership for every one of my team members?
No. One membership covers your entire dealership team. Whether you’re a one-person shop or a multi-location business, your whole staff gets access to MRAA’s resources and benefits under a single membership.
Is there a charge to add additional team members?
Not at all. You can add as many team members as you’d like to your account so they can take advantage of education, tools, and resources that support their role. There’s no extra fee for individual users—just more value for your team.
What is the difference between the Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels?
Each level gives your team access to a wider range of benefits:
Bronze: Perfect for dealerships just getting started with MRAA. You get core benefits like access to member-exclusive resources and webinars, tools, and discounts.
Silver: Everything in Bronze plus: unlimited access to MRAA’s online training courses and educational resources, ideal for teams focused on professional development.
Gold: The most comprehensive option, with everything in Silver plus Continuous Certification (one location) and access to exclusive programs and support.
When does my membership expire?
Your membership is active for one year from the date of purchase. You’ll receive renewal reminders ahead of your expiration so there’s no interruption in benefits.
What membership level qualifies me for the Dealer Week discount?
All retail members—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—qualify for a discounted Dealer Week registration rate.
I’m a current Bronze member. How do I upgrade to Silver?
